2022-2023 Sports Information
All students who participate on any athletic team must complete an Agreement for Team Participation Waiver Packet. A physical exam is required. Please have the doctor fill out the Sports Physical Examination Form and return it to the school office. Packets are also available in the office. Students will not be able to participate in practices or games until the Sports Physical Exan form has been turned in.
PARENT VOLUNTEERS:
Parent volunteers make everything better. We need you and we appreciate you! In order to volunteer you must have the same clearance as you need for the classroom and follow all district covid procedures. Please check with the front office to determine your current volunteer status, or to pick up a volunteer registration form.
